A Heliportal play note
When a connection misses a beat
How to return to a recorded round safely.
One action, one result
Each round request has a unique identifier. Retrying that same request recovers its recorded result instead of spending credits twice. If the player offers Retry, use that control rather than starting a second browser action.
A pending choice
An unfinished interactive bonus is restored when you return to the player. Complete it before starting another round. Once a choice is settled, repeating the same choice returns that result; a different choice cannot replace it.
Ask with useful details
If a round still cannot be recovered, contact Care with the game name, approximate time and what you saw. Do not send a password. Account credit activity provides a saved record; guest state ends with its temporary visit.
