Room to pause
A pause belongs in every plan.
A short visit can be enough. Heliportal is entertainment for UK adults, and nothing here needs to be finished today.
Give a visit an ending
Choose how long you want to play before opening a game. The reminder can appear after 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, measured from the start of your current visit. It invites a pause; it does not close a round or change an outcome. You can stop earlier whenever you like.
Keep the fiction in view
Play Credits are counters inside a game, not money or a way to earn it. There are no purchases, withdrawals or prizes of value. Do not treat simulated awards as income or as evidence of a future result. Repeating a round does not guarantee a different outcome.
Use an account break
Account holders can choose a break of 1, 7, 30 or 90 days below. Confirming it signs you out on every device and prevents sign-in until the end date. Password recovery does not override it. A guest can end the current visit immediately. Do not start a new guest visit or another account to avoid a break you chose.
When play stops feeling comfortable
If you feel pressure to keep going, hide your use or lose track of time, step away and speak to someone you trust. For independent advice about gambling-related harm, GamCare provides the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 and support at gamcare.org.uk. NHS guidance is available at nhs.uk/live-well/addiction-support/gambling-addiction/. These organisations are independent of Heliportal.
Ask us for help
Use Support for an account concern, a longer access restriction or account closure. Never send a password. Include a screen name or request reference where useful. The form records your request and returns a reference you can keep. For immediate danger or a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
