Who may use Heliportal

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United Kingdom. Provide an accurate date of birth and eligibility confirmations when requested. Do not use another person’s account or give a minor access to yours. We may restrict access where eligibility information is false or the service is misused.

Entertainment and fictional credits

Heliportal provides free social casino games. A new eligible account receives 100,000 fictional Play Credits once; a guest visit has its own temporary balance. Credits have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, gifted, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed. We offer no cash or prizes of value. Performance here does not predict results in real-money gambling.

Accounts and guest visits

Choose a unique screen name and a password of 12–72 characters. Keep your password private and contact Care if you suspect misuse. Registration gives immediate account access without an email-confirmation step. Guest visits last up to two hours, cover three named games and may end earlier if the service restarts. Guest credits and rounds do not become account credits or account history.

Game rules and interrupted rounds

Read each game’s rules and symbol values in its player. A selected play level reduces your fictional balance and the settled result may add a fictional award. Results are determined by the server. Animation, sound, a preview or an explanation does not change a result. If a request is interrupted, retry the same action to recover its recorded outcome. Finish any pending interactive bonus before beginning another round.

Fair use and your content

Do not automate abusive traffic, exploit faults, impersonate other people or interfere with the service. Album titles, personal notes and support messages must not contain unlawful or abusive material. Albums begin private. Sharing a game selection is optional and publishes only its title, theme and games, never its note or account details. Do not send passwords, payment information or another person’s sensitive data in a support message.

Breaks, access and availability

A confirmed account break prevents sign-in until its recorded end. It applies across devices and survives password resets. We may interrupt availability for maintenance, security or faults and cannot promise uninterrupted play. A device change or lost connection does not entitle you to a different game result. No purchase is needed to use the service.

Changes, concerns and rights

We may update these terms and will identify the effective version. Material changes affecting account use will be presented where appropriate. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law. For access, privacy, account closure or a concern about the service, use Support or contact care@heliportal.com.
