What your browser remembers.
Some storage keeps a visit working; other storage remembers your choices. Here is what each part does, without making game access depend on optional tracking.

Essential session cookie
hp_session is a random, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax session identifier. Account sessions last up to twelve hours; guest sessions up to two hours. It links your browser to server-held access and credit state. Signing out or ending a visit removes the cookie. Blocking it prevents account and guest play, while public browsing remains available.
Choices you ask us to remember
hp_analytics_consent records an optional analytics choice for 180 days. Guest favourites may be held in browser storage so they remain available on the same device. The reel walkthrough does not save progress or create a stored profile. Account favourites, cosmetic avatar and badge choices, and your private albums are saved with your account. A deliberately shared album publishes only its title, theme and selected games to anyone with its link for up to thirty days. Private notes, identity, balances and activity are not published. Clearing browser storage removes device-only choices and does not delete an account.
Analytics and advertising
Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and third-party sign-in tools are not enabled. When no analytics service is active, allowing analytics simply saves your preference; it does not create a measurement service. If measurement is enabled, our preference centre continues to control permission. We do not make playing conditional on consent to optional storage.
Change your choice
Use Cookie Preferences at any time. Allow and reject have equal access. Withdrawing analytics permission stops measurement and removes applicable analytics cookies. Browser settings can also remove cookies, but removing the session cookie signs you out. Your saved account balance and personal albums remain on the server.
