A Heliportal play note
Leave room for a pause
Small practical choices for keeping a visit comfortable.
Set the rhythm
Decide when to stop before starting. Reminders are measured from the start of your session and can be set to 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. They invite a pause without changing a game result.
Adjust the experience
Sound starts off. Use your device’s reduced-motion setting to reduce effects. Important actions remain visible without a mouse hover, and the catalogue supports text search and filters.
Take a longer break
Player Care offers account breaks of 1, 7, 30 or 90 days. Confirmation signs out all devices and blocks sign-in until the end date. Independent support links are provided there if play is no longer feeling comfortable.
